About Andrea

Hello, dear one! I am Andrea.

I was born in Mexico City and raised by my father as a Catholic. Although my mother was also raised as such, she taught me that her relationship with God was more one-to-one and without intermediaries (priests, churches, etc.). And so, I found myself cultivating the relationship with that inner love and the universal intelligence that I was able to find mostly in nature.

As an adult, the more I was involved in my medical studies, the less I cultivated that relationship. My focus turned to the Western ways of healing people. I worked as a GP and also as a clinical researcher, which led me to the Netherlands, where I studied for a Master’s in Science and later on a PhD program.

During this time, I completely stopped getting in touch with my inner self until I reached a point where I felt lost and without purpose. This is when an autoimmune disease saluted me for the first time. The life I knew was gone. I lived in a reality where one has to choose between living in pain and having one or several organs damaged – and possibly die – or living a life with heavy and toxic medications carrying a lot of side effects and other diseases.

But was this really it? Until now, Western medicine doesn’t have a solid explanation as to why autoimmune diseases are triggered in otherwise healthy individuals. Yes, there are risk factors involved (genetic, hormonal, age, race, infections, etc.), but they do not explain this as a whole, especially when it comes to relapses, the severity of those, and why sometimes one organ can be affected while the others aren’t and vice versa.

In the past eight years, I discovered that both the onset and the relapses I experienced had been triggered by severely stuck emotions. Yes, the organs or tissues affected are correlated to a certain type of emotion(s). This is something that has been reported and described by many other psychologists, doctors, and scientists alike. Therefore, it only made sense to me to get to know myself better in order to understand my inner world.

I started this journey by confronting my shadows, recognizing my light, and lovingly accepting it all as part of me. In 2023, I had an awakening while attending a healing retreat group in Mexico. I didn’t recognize it as such and thought of it as a unique, beautiful experience, almost as a dream. However, back in the Netherlands, I began experiencing random surges of energy running through my body, and intense expansive meditations. Life took me back to what my heart knew already as a child but forgot.

Everything is inside us. I have been blessed with the presence of my ancestors, celestial spirits, and the vision of some of my guardians. I’ve taken my spiritual development to heart and I have learned a lot.

This is why dear one, I invite you to join me. I want more of this expansive love available inside us to grow. I want to share with you the knowledge I’ve attained so far. With all the love in my heart I am looking forward to meeting you, doing some energetic work, and meditating together.
